Buy a long cable coax extension with an adaptor so you can "marry" the new cable to the existing one that comes with the antenna. Place the antenna outside (preferably up in the air away from building structures).
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine works fine, but I attached it to an outside wall that pointed toward where the "antenna point" app told me the closest stations were located. Get the app and make sure your antenna is pointed in the indicated direction. Metal, bricks, etc between your antenna and the tv station can cause problems, that is why a window facing the correct direction or in the attic with only shingles between the antenna and the outside are good locations.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The ClearStream 2MAX does not include the coaxial cable needed to connect the antenna to your TV. You will need need to purchase RG6 coaxial cable and then connect the antenna to your TV. Once you connect the antenna to your TV and are able to place in a window, run a channel scan on your TV. If you are not receiving all the available channels, move the antenna and rescan the TV for channels. You can check the available channels in your area by clicking this link and entering your zip code: https://www.antennasdirect.com/transmitter-locator.html.
