Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. If you mean: will you need Cable TV for this to work, the answer is No. You do not need Cable TV to use this antenna. However, you will need to connect the antenna to your television set with a coaxial cable in order to get the signal to your set. Depending where you place the antenna, you should be able to receive a clear picture for stations within 50 to 70 miles of your home. You will not be able to receive the same programs as you would with Cable, but you will not have a Cable bill either. I hope this helps.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The antenna DOES NOT come with coaxial cable; you must provide the cable necessary to reach from wherever this antenna is installed to your TV or other receiver.

If installing indoors near the TV, you will need to connect a coaxial cable (sold separately) from the antenna to the TV. If you plan to install in your attic or outdoors and plan to connect the antenna to service many TVs in your home, it is possible you may need to run new coaxial cable throughout your home. If you residence ever had cable or satellite service, the coaxial cable needed to distribute the TV signal from the towers to your TVs is already installed.
