You would need one of the large units offered and mounted outside. Mileage is subjective as terrain and location of the signal towers play a big part on how well you will receive a signal. I have found great success using an outside antenna with a rotor where I could rotate the antenna as required to aim it for the best signal.

It should take care of your requirements. After that you will be moving into the world of powered antennas.
