• Yes, there is no such thing as a "HD" Antenna. Your tuner is what determines what stations you scan for.

• Analog TVs do not have the digital tuner needed to receive today's broadcast signals, so to use any antenna, including the ClearStream 2MAX high-performance antenna, you will need a converter box. Best Buy has a few converter boxes online for you to consider. You will connect the converter box to your TV using the composite cables included with the converter box and then connect the ClearStream 2MAX to the converter box using a RG6 coaxial cable and run a channel scan on the converter box to receive the broadcast channels in your area.
