We always suggestion you do a test in that location first by connecting a coaxial cable from the antenna where you plan to install it on your roof to your TV, do not fully install the antenna, and run a channel scan to make sure you are receiving all the available channels. You can check the number of channels you should be receiving in this link, https://www.antennasdirect.com/transmitter-locator.html - simply type in your zip code and scroll down to see all the available channels. If you are not receiving all the available channels, you will need to move the antenna on the roof and run another channels scan. We suggest you run a few tests until you find the best TV signals. We recommend the antenna must be at least 20 ft. (6 meters) away from all power lines.
