• No rotor necessary! You can surely add one if you would like but is not needed, as this antenna receives signals from the front and back. May need to adjust a few times to find the "sweet spot", just remember to re-scan for channels each time the antenna is moved. Thank you for your question!

• No rotor installed on mine , no signal booster required, I just installed the antenna App on my phone, to tell me where the best signal to point the antenna to, picture quality is great I get a good signal ,
