• Yes! When used with preamp i got as many channels as i got with my large winegard hd7698 antenna

• The antenna has nothing to do with ATSC 3.0 compatibility. That's entirely with your TV tuner -- a good quality antenna from the 1960s would work just fine for receiving ATSC 3.0 signals.
