www.antennaweb.org will show you channels available, the distance, and how to aim your antenna for the best signal. I have mounted my antenna on a pole 30ft up. I live in West Mobile,AL and can get a channel in Pensacola, FL (70+ miles away!). At 30ft, with a variable gain booster, I can get a channel 150 miles away! However, at that distance there is a lot that can get between my antenna and the signal! FYI: TitanTV.com will give you a channel guide (select broadcast).
