“what distance does it pick up stations?”

• It says on the box what radius/distance it can pick up, but I think most are a bit optimistic. If it says 30 miles, I'd bet on 20. That can be affected, though, by where you mount it. If an antenna says 30 miles, that assumes it is up high and clear of obstacles. If you mount it indoors--on top of your TV, for instance---you're not gonna get a 30 mile radius.

• I get excellent reception from over 60 miles even with my antenna mounted inside the attic.

• Just did an install at 48 miles from antenna and have great signal from all the stations when using a Channel Master amplifier.
