I do get good reception and I'm surrounded by trees. Aiming the antenna is critical for the best signal; weather conditions such as high winds and heavy rain may affect the signal to a degree, but so can tall structures; with this antenna I have found the interference to be minimal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have ours aimed directly towards our pine trees which is appx 59 feet away and we get good reception
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. I live in a heavily wooded area and have the antenna mounted in my attic and live over 50 miles from the TV stations and get great signal.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Every object between the broadcast towers and your antenna that are in line of sight blocks the radio waves. It's a matter of how much gets blocks and this is dependent on your specific situation. The taller and thicker the trees are, the more negative effect they will have on reception. Thanks.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, to ensure best reception, elevate the antenna to the highest location your situation permits (likely the attic) and experiment for best angle by directing antenna toward broadcasting channel stations you wish to receive
