“Our roof has a radiant barrier. What effect will the barrier have on channel reception?”

• If the antenna is placed outside above the roof, then you should be ok. But the radiant barrier could indeed pose problems or block the signal if the antenna is placed inside the attic. Sometimes attic installs may work, but outside is always better.

• Radiant barrier normally does not mix well with antennas that are used nearby or below radiant barrier. That said, roof top installation should be fine. Thanks.
