This antenna disappointed me after reading the reviews I purchased it. I don't have any trees or obstructions and verified the antenna was pointed at 125 degrees SW for the main channel 33.5 miles away that I was trying to pickup and could not get it, but my indoor antenna can. Unfortunately I waited 3 day past the best but return date so I am stuck with it. Save your money I wouldn't recommend this antenna
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It depends on how close the trees are to your house. If they are in a direct line from the tower, and close to your house, they may be a problem. Best option is to save the packaging, try it, and if it doesn't work take it back to the store.

The zingle eight works very well where several sntenas did not with woods all the way around and even better (even more channels) when placed on a 12 ft. Pole. However i have not been able to get any channel with the double eight antenna from inside my home facing out of a glass enclosure facing the same direction.
