Will this unit work indoors? Is it omni directional" null

I'm not sure if you can use it outdoors. It seems to be omnidirectional as the reception does not change when the sheet is rotated (unlike the old rabbit ears, which were very sensitive).

Yes, this is an indoor outdoor antenna. I cannot however answer whether or not it is omni directional.
