Not sure about what type of change you are referring to. If it is channel line up, that is done with channel scan in your TV. If it is station or transmitter change, there are apps that show transmitters on a map within whatever search radius applies to you along with compass bearing, distance, and other info to "point" your antenna. This antenna is omnidirectional, but the front and rear do have an extended range. I used the app and an accurate compass to point my antenna toward my "sweet spot", and it worked like a charm. Most of the important transmitters are less than 10 miles from me, but am receiving many additional channels up to 100 miles away just as clear as those close to me. Signal strength and quality is lower, but still high enough to get full digital signals. Digital is different from the old analog. Below a certain threshold you will get pixelated or no reception instead of the snowy signals from the older analog type.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Hi Rick! You will use the remote that you currently use for the television you are hooking the antenna up to. You will want to locate the button labeled "input" or possibly "source". After you select the correct button, there should be an option to "scan for channels", you will select his button and your TV should automatically start scanning for the available channels in your area.
