• We get both. Great in UHF, okay in VHF. Improves after sunset. Picture quality WOW.

• This is a UHF antenna. It will pickup VHF signals - just not very well. I used a combiner to add a VHF antenna.

• It will work for both however most relevant digital broadcast television is on the UHF frequency.

• You will receive all Broadcasting channels, i.e., non-cable stations. With this antenna you will receive all of the non-cable stations you received before the government digitalized everything.
