“I brought this monitor yesterday. I tried to use the contained cable (HDMI) to connect either my pc (brought 2018) and my macbook air. However, the power light of the monitor was white, but there was no image showed up in both pc and mac!!”

Have you tried changing the source on the monitor to make sure it is trying to read the HDMI input? I have had to do this on other monitors I purchased.
