“Just to be certain the overview says refresh rate of 75hz but when you look at the specifications its says 60hz so which one is it 75 or 60? or is the 75hz overclocked? Thanks for the info.”

The refresh rate is based on the horizontal and vertical refresh rates. Although it will vertically refresh 75 but horizontal will only refresh 50hz, for an average of 60 (59.97) fps. It's a little misleading. Native refresh rate will be 60hz.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm pretty sure the 75Hz refresh rate is when overclocked. My wife has this monitor and her's is currently set to 60Hz. She hasn't messed around with overclocking it.
