I would not use this device for any sort of item with a heating element. Anything with a heating element is going to be pulling a significant amount of power through your device. Anything with a heating element should be plugged directly into the wall.

The reptile lights can pull a bit of power so I would double check what size blub you have for the light. You would want to make sure the power draw isn't over 360 watts because anything over that would overload the UPS. At full load 360 watts you would get around 2 minutes of runtime. At half load 180 watts you would get around 10 minutes of runtime.
