Thank you for taking time to provide feedback about our BVN650M1 unit. The UPS output voltage will vary depending on sensitivity, input or state. If the UPS is on battery there should be 120V when measured on Line and Neutral side only on Battery outlets. When on Normal Online mode or on surge outlets only it will depend on input voltage. UPS will cut power to surge outlets and on Battey and Surge outlets provide power from inverter and battery when input voltage is not in range of Voltage Sensitivity Adjustment.
