• Thank you for your interest in in our products. It would really depend on how much power the cell phone draws when it is charging. At full load 480 watts you would get around 2 minutes of runtime. At half load 240 watts you would get around 10 minutes of runtime. Likely the phone wouldn't draw that much power so you would be able to charge it a few times.

• I believe you could. It has the USB port and it would depend on how much you have plugged into it and how long it ran on it before either you or it shut down your devices. I use mine to just gently shut my computer down and to protect against brown outs and surge protection.
