“Does APC offer a UPS that can filter dirty power that might be harming the printed circuit boards on kitchen equipment--e.g., a refrigerator or a wall oven? Looking for a device that eliminates power abnormalities to protect these PCBs.”

APC units do clean the power coming out of the wall, however make sure you buy one with enough wattage for the equipment you’re planning on running. For example, and microwave can be anything from 1000-1600 watts.
