It has an alarm that you can choose to turn off but the alarm is useful. It works with ANY electronic. I have a computer, 2 monitors, a TV, speakers, etc connected to this thing and get lots of back up time (30 minutes) but that's a lot for my electronics. If I plugged in a fan or just one thing maybe 2, I'd get HOURS of power with this.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you don’t set the alarms/alerts to silent it will beep LOUDLY when it switches to battery. There is a very faint noise when it switches to battery, but even as a light sleeper it doesn’t wake me.
