I think this will be dependent on your rig, so your mileage is likely to vary here. If it's helpful, I'm running an AMD 5600x with an RTX 3080 FE, and at idle while writing this I'm seeing it sitting at about 21% usage. When I'm gaming (typically Destiny 2 at max settings with an ultrawide monitor for context) it seems to hang around 50-60% with the occasional spike based on what's happening in-game (ex: the Tower has a lot less going on a raid).
