Thank you for your interest in our products. 23% THD would be a bit high so there is a chance that the UPS would stay on battery the entire time the generator is running. If it does run on battery you can try dropping the sensitivity down to low but if the generator power is to far out of spec it will cause the UPS to stay on battery. Generally we recommend our SmartUPS or SmartUPS Online for use with a generator.
