• Theoretically between 10-15 minutes depending on what's running at the time. Enough for you to do a controlled shutdown.

• They claim it can handle o load of 900W, but only sustain that load for 4 or 5 minutes. My guess is that it could sustain a 690W load for about 6 minutes.
