Thank you for inquiry. The replacement battery for the BN1500M2 is an APCRBC161. It likely isn't showing up anymore because the unit is new product family and shouldn't need a battery replacement. If you have purchased this unit and it is showing that the battery need replaced please reach out to an APCbySchneider support team since this unit would come with a 3 year warranty on it.

CDW- out of chicago. most of the time the battery packs are found on sale it makes sense to replace batt packs. most of the units i have had- all APC i have replaced the entire unit(s) after 5 or so years. as they develop issues. and or errors. i just purchased one of these models. but have several of the old style ones. and 1 out of 5 developed an error code within 2 weeks. had to replace them. these seem a lot better quality
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have this model. This unit takes 2 9Ah F2 connectors batteries wrapped together in a green holder. I use 2 power sonic batteries (from Amazon) and use double side sticky tape to hold them together instead of trying to put the green holder back on. Power sonic batteries are also used in emergency lighting systems. So they are a good brand.
