We apologize for the inconvenience We would like to refer you to the video link below to show how the battery can be installed on a model similar to what you have. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k3miAvgiQaI We would presume that you were pertaining to the white capped connector with the red wire since this is the cable that is disconnected prior to delivery on these units The battery terminal lead needs to be slid on the very bottom of this cap and it can be a little tight on a new install.
