“Will this product support medical equipment (Oxygen regulator, ventilator(like a CPAP machine) & a nebulizer) that stay on 24/7, 365? I need to get a back-up to support all of this equipment in case we lose electricity overnight. It's life or death here.”

It would entirely depend on how much power the item draws. Your equipment may need too much power. In any case the time it could be used would be short. I am running a desk top computer, monitor and modem on mine. When I tested it the machine estimated I would have only 31 minutes before power loss. There are models, by the same company that provide more power but use with medical equipment would be very short term. YouTube has some very helpful videos explaining the device, even the exact model.
