The service life of an APC surge protector is for the lifetime of the product from the date of original purchase. APC offers a limited warranty and will repair or replace any defective parts or accessories during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or repairs made by anyone other than APC service personnel. To obtain service under warranty, you must obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from APC or an APC Service Center and provide proof of purchase.
