• Thank you for inquiry. They are both from the same family of surge protectors but the P11VNT3 has Ethernet data line protection available on it. The P11VT3 would only have telephone and the coax line protection.

• APC P11VNR3 is just a surge protector, where as Cyber Power UPS is a power backup as well as surge protector. Power backup, provides power during a power failure and all UPS's have a battery. As a rule of thumb UPS's cost more than surge protectors.
