• A:Answer No it is WiFi compatible, you can get a cellular data package but I find them to be pricey

Q: QuestionCan you download an Optimum tv app from an Apple Mac Pro to this iPad so that it can then be downloaded to a kindle fire? I want to watch TV on my Kindle Fire.

• A:Answer I don't have Optimum but my cable company has an app that I got through the app store - and that is what I predominantly use my iPad for So I am sure they must have something in the app store or you can check your Optimum website
