• A:Answer The biggest iPad you can get is the 12.9" iPad Pro. It can connect to a 2014 or newer Mac Device (I.e. an iMac or MacBook Pro) wirelessly as a second display. It can connect to all computers via a USB cable (which cable depends on which iPad you get and which computer you're connecting to) but that will only allow you to transfer pictures that I'm aware of. If you get a model that has "Cellular" on it, you can connect it to Verizon on your end if you make sure you select the model that says "Verizon" on it when you purchase it. You can connect the iPad Pro models to a monitor of any size via the USB C cable. You would need to buy a USB C to HDMI cable (or whichever port your monitor supports).

• A:Answer If BARD is available in the App Store then you can download it very easily yes. The speakers are loud in my opinion but that's a relative question. What's loud to me may not be loud to others.

• A:Answer Yes, it does, I have a Verizon. I did not get the model connected with a service, I just got the wifi one and use my phone as a hot spot to connect if I am away from my home wifi.

• A:Answer If he uses the same Apple I.D for the iPad then his messages will come through the iPad. However, the iPad needs to be connected to WiFi in order to see and respond to messages. Even green bubble messages will come through the iPad as long as it’s connected to WiFi.
