• A:Answer The iPad itself should work properly on its own. However you will need to connect to WiFi or a hot spot in order to download apps, check email, surf the web, and to activate the iPad. This model is not the cellular model so it is not capable of running on a cell providers network. You would need to get a different model iPad that has SIM/eSim capabilities. This is the WiFi only model.

• A:Answer Hello, Here is the link to the specs for the current model 10.2" iPad: https://www.apple.com/ipad-10.2/specs/ It is 9.8" x 6.8" x 0.29" and weighs in at just over one pound. (1.07 for the WiFi model and 1.09 for the cellular.) It comes with either 32GB or 128GB of storage. Hopefully that helps, Bill
