It appears, the Geek Squad does not handle or repair Apple products. I had to go directly to an Apple store about two years ago for a power plug fix. You can ask them though. Just in case it has changed. You could just save it to the "cloud" if you have one set up, and upload it to your new Ipad after you set it up.
