I believe that a Best Buy employee can help you with that at the front desk without any fee. I would recommend that you have your Apple ID and password ready because you are most likely to use it for a backup which will then will be transferred to the new device.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.If you want to pay $99 they will do the transfer. This is per Best Buy customer service representatives on Sep 30, 2023. Does not make sense to pay this fee when anywhere else (i.e., if you purchase a new iPhone), the store will do the data transfer for free. It was based upon this unwavering position (from three (3) different representatives) that I decided to give my business to Apple at their store.
