• A:Answer I’ve been able to make phone calls and message on all of the iPad products. You can use apps such as Microsoft office on the iPad, you can not download actual windows operating system though.

You will need to buy the Wi-Fi + Unlocked model in order to have the option to connect to Verizon. After purchase, you will need to contact Verizon for further instructions on how to "Activate" it on their network. After activation, you will have Verizon 4G LTE service.
