• No this is the Wi-fi only model you must use Wi-fi or a hotspot on your phone when away. Buy the appropriate LTE model for your carrier if you use in non-WiFi areas for $130 more.

• No, this is a wi-fi ONLY model (your home or work network). You need to select the version that shows that it is set up to work with a mobile carrier. Those models are more expensive than the wi-fi only.
