I got the 32 gb 10.5" model but the other 10.5" versions were also on sale. They were all new. They had open-box items in a nearby shelf and those did not carry an extra discount. So yes, this sale applies to brand new, unopened merchandise. Note, only the smaller Pro units are included in the sale. The 12.5" ones were still regular price.
