- Answer Any of the answers that say 64GB are WRONG. That is a supercomputer amount of RAM. 64GB is storage space. The RAM is actually 4GB.

- Answer This happens because you don't have orientation lock on! It is a feature meant to make the listening experience easier for the user- but it can become a bit confusing. Go to the control panel on your iPad and click the icon that looks like a lock with a circular arrow around it- that will lock your screen in either portrait or landscape mode, and therefore will lock the volume buttons too!

- Answer Yeah don’t listen to the comment that says it need to be unopened u can open a 2000 dollar laptop and return it in 14 days and you will be fine even if you gamed on it the entire 14 days it just needs to have all the original items
