• I don't know because I received mine in the mail. BUT it was very easy to download date/apps from my old iPad to my new one. You just set them side by side and it starts when finished you can reset your old one to "factory" settings and everything is gone. It was so simple even this 77 year old did it with no problems.

• Yes, you can get cellular service through your cellular provider (AT&T and Verizon for sure). I just go through my hotspot on my phone and hook my iPad up to that via Bluetooth instead of paying for the cellular service or use my home WI-FI.
