“Can I buy this iPad paid in full & get the $149 discount with cellular service?”

Hi Richie, You have the option to pay it in full once the iPad has been activated on your account. When you see the iPad you purchased on your account, you can pay it in full on your next billing. I had that option but decided to keep the additional monthly payments. Rick
