How long for the code to be delivered null

I'm currently on hour 62 and still haven't received the email. I've called customer service twice (once each day since I've ordered) and they can only tell me that it's "In progress" and I can cancel the order if I like. They should really update their website to include a statement about "holiday timing may differ." And give a real estimate.

Most times the code is delivered to your email within an hour. But i have seen in rare cases it being a lil bit longer, sometimes up to 24 hours.

It's Defiantly not within 30mins or an hour!

I ordered a digital itunes gift card last night. it's now 8:30 in the morning and I still don't have the email! I've called customer service multiple times. It's goes thru a long and unnecessary voice greeting and many questions before it turns me over to customer service member only to drop the call a few seconds into it! :-( very frustrated!

Well over a hour... probably gonna be a day... just go to the store and buy it... it’s so stupid it doesn’t just give it to you right away.

I´ve both mine yesterday about 10am and I'm still waiting.... =/

For me, usually no longer than a couple hours. But I know BB is busy and understaffed. If you find it takes longer please post it so I can see what to expect for my next e-order.
