• A:Answer The wifi only models do not have cellular service. When purchasing make sure that you are getting the one with cellular service if you need that feature. There are two options when purchasing. Wifi only or wifi plus cellular.

• A:Answer It depends on how you have the iPad turned. When it’s horizontal the down button works as the turn up button and the up button becomes the turn down button. When it is vertical, everything works regularly.
