What do you mean by unlocked on the iPAD Pro? null

If you are buying an ipad with cellular service, unlocked means it can be used with any wireless carrier.

The iPad can take a sim from any wireless carrier.

I believe "unlocked" means, you can go to any cell phone carrier you choose for the cellular feature on the ipad.

Unlocked means your iPad can use any carrier. For your internet service.
