• No advantage at all. Best Buy is an official retailer of Apple Products. The only difference is that you won’t have to drive to an Apple Store if it farther than Best Buy, and now some of the Best Buy stores are official “repair” centers for Apple products. We have purchased iPhones, iPads and MacBooks from Best Buy for eights years and it was just like buying at Apple Store. Any problems, call Apple or go to an Apple Store, same AppleCare+ warranty that can be purchased at Best Buy. Hope this helps!

• Best buy will price match any competitor and I’m pretty sure Apple doesn’t. I’m a Best Buy member so my purchase gives me points which means money back in rewards. Win win if I say so. I’ve had no issues whatsoever!!!

• If you are an Elite or Elite Plus member and you use standard financing, you get points, and purchasing dollars added to your Rewards membership. Also, right now (10/26/19) BestBuy is offering a bundle discount of $150 in my case for the 11 Pro, plus an additional $100 off. Neither are being offered by Apple. If you are Elite Plus and you have any issues you can return it to BestBuy within 45 days no questions (yes, they will ask you why, but that is so they can track returns, not reject them). If you buy Apple Care Plus you will be taking your iPad to an Apple store, so if your motivation is service options, it does not matter where you buy it.
