“I need to have a cellular capible IPad, (no-plan) my question are all Ipads capible of cellular or do I need to buy the specific Wifi + cellular models?”

This question is for: Apple - 11-Inch iPad Pro (1st Generation) with Wi-Fi + Cellular - 256GB (Sprint) - Space Gray

They all can use WiFi, but if you get the unit with a plan, you can have the internet anywhere there is service

Not all iPads are cellular, some just have wifi, but in most instances, you can connect to wifi or a hotspot if you don't have an iPad with cellular. If you need data on the go, or updated GPS or maps, you may want a cellular model.
