If you have your Apps and everything backed up to your icloud. You should be able to set your IPad up without any problem, just answer yes when it asks if you want to set it up using your iCloud ID!

It will walk you through how to transfer everything, using the camera believe it or not! It takes about an hour for everything to transfer, and you will want to have both iPads either fully charged or plugged in to the charger when you start.
