I just bought the unlocked iPad Pro because it was $200 off at Best Buy. If you are talking about the AT&T model from AT&T, they might not have the same deal that Best Buy is offering. Both would work with AT&T cellular plan. I use Verizon and I was able to install my SIM card in the unlocked model and it worked great. I also have a prepaid monthly data plan through T-Mobile and they both work great together.
