They can do the job, but you will have to leave both computers at the store. They will tell you it would take about a week, however it only took 4 days for them to transfer information from one computer to the other. They were very nice and explained many things. Remember a lot of people are buying computers at this time of year, so the wait may be longer, but it is worth it.
