Great Product. It has been a joy accomplishing task with this new machine. It has been over 10 years since I had a apple computer or Laptop and i am absolutely enjoying getting reacquainted with the system.

Brought this open box MAC back in 2022 and it's been such a delight! Now I'm looking at a laptop.

Apple makes the best products! They are innovative and creative while maintaining a simplistic beauty that can be admired! At Best Buy I did not get the best price but was more than happy to pay for the customer service and ease of shopping

Apple's computer is great in every way. There is no comparison with other processor ,ram looks everything isperfectp. I took it but my son said it has to be the latest one of 2021 so I gave it back, but when you use Apple's computer. Then all the computers will be forgotten. Try to use it .

It’s exactly what I needed for my small business. Having a desktop computer and dedicated space helps me focus. In my opinion you can never go wrong with a Mac.

Best Buy says this is a 2020 model, but the computer says 2017. I called apple and they agreed we were given bad info from the Best Buy site and we have 2 2017 models. I called customer service and was told my complaint was not worthy enough to speak to management. My request for a manager “was not approved”. I’ll be returning these and contacting the BBB.

I have been a PC user since high school, but once I took a chance on an Apple, I’ve never looked back! It’s simpler to use and it does way more than my old PC could ever do! It’s like having my iPhone on steroids! If you’re wondering if it is right for you, do it because it is! You won’t regret it... just be open to learning Apple’s way of doing it.

Our 2012 iMac was on it's last legs - slow to do almost anything. Basically just got a newer version (we didn't need the hi-def) with a solid-state drive. It's night and day from the old machine. The Best Buy reps did a great job, too. Very professional and the product arrived when they said it would. Even brought it out to my car!

I love it. Its been two years since my purchase and it’s still going strong. I love being able to quickly view things from my MAC to my iPhone.

My old imac crashed and I went to Best Buy to look for another. The salesman was Wonderful!! He showed me my options and explained everything very thoroughly.He asked questions about what I used my computer for and didn't try to push a more expensive computer on me. I will definetely return to Best Buy!!

What can I say, but wonderful piece of equipment. No hiccups, lags, or stutters. Easy to use. A little pricey.

I got a macbook air for work purposes and when it came time for needing a home desktop for virtual school due to COVID i decided to give this a try. We did not need 4K screens and such but this has been so easy to use for my kids Zoom lessons and watching instructional videos. I could have saved a few dollars with a different brand but the best way i can describe it is that apple just works and it works across multiple platforms. i may never go back.
